CUSTOM ORDERS: I've created many custom designs for my customers. I would love to receive custom orders if you have something particular in mind that you want to have made, just send me an email and I'll work with you to design what you want so you can see it come to life!

SALES AND COUPONS: Often I offer sales and promotions, shipping discounts and FLASH SALES. However a sale is not valid for RUSH orders requiring special handling, except at my discretion. Sales, coupons or other discounts may not be combined, at my discretion. At this time all sales/discounts will be refunded after full payment is made. We hope to be able to offer special discount codes in the future.

SHIPPING: Every item is made to order. Unless otherwise specified, please allow 5 - 9 business days before your item ships. Orders with 3+ items may require a couple extra days to process. If you need your order rushed there may be an additional fee but please send an email first before placing your order to make sure I can have your order ready when you need it.

WASHING & CARE: I recommend you wash any clothing from my shop inside out with like colors on a cold cycle and tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on any designs! If you really need to iron out any wrinkles, place a spare shirt over the design and iron on top of that. Feel free to message me at anytime if you have any questions or concerns.

Mugs/Cups: hand wash only

DESIGNS: I do not claim ownership over many designs (Fantasy, Holidays, etc.) in my shop. I do not sell any licensed products. You are simply paying for the materials, the equipment used and my creative effort.

Returns & Exchanges: I do  not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, however, if I made an error I will work with you to correct the issue. Please check all spelling before submitting your order, orders will not be re-done due to an error not made by me.
